Thorpe Hesley has a mix of older terraces and cottages along with semis and newer homes. Most roofs are tiled, with plenty of extensions, porches and garages that have flat roofs. Every job starts with a free survey. I'll photograph the roof, explain what I've found and give you a written quote before anything starts. I replace and match them so the roof is sealed again. ### Worn flat roofs Old felt on extensions and garages splits over time. I replace it with EPDM rubber, felt or GRP. ### Loose ridge tiles and chimney pointing Mortar on ridges and chimneys crumbles with age. I rebed ridges and repoint chimneys.
